Unfortunately, our experience with this seller was terrible. I will list off the reasons why: 1. We went through multiple paid iterations of a sample before we agreed on specifications that included type of wood, dimensions, etc. 2. After the sample was approved, our deposit was paid, and communication dropped off. 3. After much follow-up, we finally received notice that our production on our units had started. 4. We received exactly one photo of a completed pallet and were not able to test or see the finished products before they shipped it to us. 5. Once we received the product, we noticed we were bait and switched. Essentially, our product that we approved with a sample was not the same product we received. The dimensions were off, and it was a much cheaper material. After discussion with the seller and their supervisor, we were told they would not refund us, and that unfortunately, we must accept this difference. I would stay far away from the seller.

Unfortunately, our company had a very poor experience with Ningbo Sihooz, and I would reccomend everyone stay away from this company. What this company did in order to events is create a sample that we paid for. We went through multiple iterations of the sample before we finally landed on one we approved. And then once we approved the sample, production started. We paid our deposit, and we thought everything was okay. We received exactly one picture of a completed pallet that was confirmed to be up to our specifications. The pallet was shipped and arrived, but not only did we find a cheaper wood material that didn't match in color, the sizing of the item and unit was not up to the specifications that we requested. This was not an approved change, and this seller refused a refund for us.
